In addition, this week I fell in love with the peculiar named artists work 'my dead pony' by Raphael Vicenzi. I think the "I am not a Cupcake" print would look fabulous on my wall.

Today I received May's Issue of Jalouse Magazine from Magazine Cafe after longingly looking at these images (above) for quite sometime. I was not disappointed. The editorials are beautiful, with inspiring styling which captures the french 'je nais sais quoi' impeccably. Only Problem now is to learn french so I can read the highly intriguing articles! If like me you enjoy the images from the magazine (and to be honest who wouldn't) whole issue of the magazine are available to view online (and there's a nifty button to turn it to English! Hooray!)

In aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital charity, Disney has joined forces with a whole bunch of characters to create 'My Mickey Ears Auction'. The likes of fashion designers Henry Holland, Luella, Giles Deacon (and more) and celebrities such as Patsy Kensit, Katie Price, Peter Andre, Geri Halliwell and Estelle, this unusal collection certainly has a cheaky and british feel to it! All bids are to be made at the auction site linked bellow and if you are in London in the near future I highly suggest visiting START Boutique in East London to see the beauties in person. I plan to go to the (old) exhibit of Miles Aldridge's photography at Hamiltons Gallery in London tomorrow (if my knee allows me- long story) and I suggest you do to as, a) these images are beautiful and b) its only open till Sunday!

Model as Muse

I couldn't help but indulge in the images taken at this years Costume Institute Gala. Last years theme was memorable as superheros took front of stage and this years seems no different as models become the theme for 2009. A lot of the outfits (above) I fell in love with; bright colours and luxurious fabrics and a 1930s glamorous grandeur. However there were a few outfits that are a little cringe worthy- all I need to say is bunny ears (which in contrast looked fabulous on the catwalk) and you get the idea of what I'm talking about.
